NYNL Day 4: 30 Things to Maintain


Well... If you had a hard time with yesterday's challenge, you are clearly perfect and today's challenge should be a breeze! :) 

However, if you had an easy time yesterday; I have bad news... You may struggle with this (even though you shouldn't).


Today, we are writing 30 things that you we do well and want to maintain in the future.

You know, all of the things you do that are awesome. What are you proud of? What are you good at? What have you accomplished? What seemed impossible until it was done? How about focusing on all of your GOOD habits and routines, for once?!

Do you have disciplined study habits? Have you started running consistently? Do you plan beautiful parties for your friends? Have you handled a tragic event gracefully? Are you good at saving money?


Give yourself recognition for all of the things that you do well! You are on the right track with so many different things in your life and you probably don't even realize it!


For whatever reason, we find it really difficult to speak positively about ourselves. We don’t want to sound conceited, boastful, full of ourselves, etc. Whatever. Struggle through this until you are finished and don't stop at anything less than 30! Don't ask a friend, either! YOU come up with 30 things that YOU think that YOU do fabulously :) 

Here are some examples from my list:

Grades (all A’s)
Organized house
Good workout routine
Gave myself permission to “stop"
Categorized time well
Drinking more water
Teaching Sunday School 
Used all of my prints at school
Did a better job keeping my car cleaned out
Kept our closet organized

Now tell yourself GOOD JOB and go keep up the good work! :)
